So
first off if you think that you are way too cool to watch an animated
film then I’m sure it’s safe to say that you have no clue of how
amazingly good they have gotten over the last 10 years!
I have always been a fan of animation and have even started doing my own lately but that’s a story for another day!
Disney
has been creating some of the best animated films for decades and after
an exciting week of writing and creating I finally had a chance to
check out the Moana film featuring the voices of Dwayne Johnson, Rachel House, Temuera Morrison, Jemaine Clement, Nicole Scherzinger, and Alan Tudyk produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures.
This magical film is definitely a “heart tugger” that will have you smiling from beginning to end.
Capturing
the essence of an entire culture is not an easy task but the incredible
writers and artists on this film flexed some serious muscle to bring
this story to life.
I can only compare it to Disney’s Atlantis: The Lost Empire released in 2001 multiplied by 10!
The Rock or Dwayne Johnson,
Deserves
some serious props for bringing his A game to his role as one of the
most mesmerizing characters in this amazingly, wonderful and heartfelt
film.
As a side note...
While
I was at this years San Diego Comic-Con a good friend of minds spotted a
guy In Cosplay as one the main characters from this film and he asked
me had I had a chance to see Moana, I told him not yet....
Well I am now very happy to say...
I
was so excited to have finally experienced this fantastically animated,
beautifully written and wonderfully satisfying treat of a film and I
highly suggest that you do yourself a favor and take some time out of
your busy schedule and enjoy this film for yourself today!
